This one may not affect you so much but if you’re Irish and you take the ferry at all it may well. Irish Ferries has announced they may not be operating the Rosslare / France route in 2019.

No it’s not the end of the world but it will probably add a few hours on to your ferry trip if you’ve got to go via Dublin. Taking the ferry already means you’re giving over a day of your holidays one way, so time is precious. We always end up stopping in at a friend’s place when we’re in Wexford and can Travel up stopping in at my sister’s. This probably complicates things for us slightly as we already end up pretty much doing a mini tour of Ireland each time we’re back.
