The exhibition La Guerre du Jazz is only on for another few days (it ends on Sunday) I had a quick visit at lunch (it opens at 13:30 during the week and at 14:00 at the weekend)
It’s FREE!
It’s on display at the Cosmopolis (It’s at the back of the Théâtre Graslin )
There are quite a few things to see with both floors being open for it. Documents / photos / posters / a few clips as well on rotation.
The exhibition centers on James Reese Europe and the introduction of Jazz in France 100 years ago.
Lt. Jimmie Europe and his famous Jazz band of the 369th coloured Infantry.

Worth a visit if you like your history. My only complaint …. there was no Jazz playing 😀
