You probably can’t avoid hearing about the strikes at the moment if you’re following the news at all.

If you’re not? Well, there are big strikes starting on Thursday in France and it’s going to affect a lot of people. A number of unions have called on members to strike so you’re probably going to notice things especially if you’re visiting Paris.

Plusieurs organisations syndicales et de jeunesse appellent les français à se mobilier à l’occasion d’une grève générale et nationale le jeudi 5 décembre 2019.

Cette mobilisation interprofessionnelle a pour but de contester le projet de réforme des retraites.

RATP / SNCF / Air Traffic Controllers? / Air France (maybe) / Schools .. who knows!

Here in Nantes, well the SNCF will be affected. It also looks like the TAN/tram is going to be running on a reduced service! (Looks to be running on yellow days … no not yellow snow don’t worry)
